English Galaxy may collect basic account information such as name, email address, username, selected class, teacher or student account type, account approval status, payment access status, class schedule details, learning materials access, quiz activity, and administrator notes needed to manage the learning program.
How we use information
We use this information to create student and teacher accounts, approve access, show the correct class dashboard, provide English lessons and resources, manage class schedules, send payment or renewal messages, and support the educational service.
Payment information
English Galaxy may show payment status, expiry dates, discounts, and financial reports in the student dashboard. Online card payments are handled by secure external payment providers. English Galaxy does not publish card details in the app.
Children and students
The service is designed for English learning from Nursery, KG, and Grade 1 to Grade 6. Student access is controlled by the site administrator. Parents, guardians, teachers, or school administrators may contact English Galaxy to update or remove student account information.
Data sharing
We do not sell user personal information. Information is used for the English Galaxy learning service and may be processed by website hosting, email, and payment services needed to operate the platform.
Account control
Users may request account updates, access changes, or deletion by contacting the site administrator. Administrators can approve or block student and teacher access from the WordPress admin panel.
Security
We use account login, admin approval, class-based access controls, and standard website security practices to protect the learning area. No online system is completely risk-free, but we work to keep student access limited to the correct class and account.
